At Maadin Artistry, we commit to delivering your premium orders safely, efficiently, and with the utmost care. Please review our structured guidelines regarding shipping timeframes, rates, and returns processing.
1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Transit Estimates: Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes [e.g., 3-5 business days] depending on your specific city or region.
- Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on all orders exceeding Rs. 5,000.
2. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- We offer worldwide shipping to selected countries. International transit times generally range between [e.g., 7-14 business days].
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Maadin Artistry is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your package upon entry into your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order hands over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Tracking ID and link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
4. Returns & Exchange Policy
- Eligibility Window: We accept return or exchange requests within [e.g., 7 days] from the date of delivery. If the specified timeframe has elapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund.
- Item Condition: To qualify for a successful return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also remain safely inside its original brand packaging with all security tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, altered sizes, personalized products, and items purchased during clearance sales are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective due to transit handling, please inspect it immediately and notify our customer experience team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product to maadin.artistry@gmail.com so we can fast-track a complimentary replacement.
6. Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package safely.
